Our current estimated production time is approximately 35 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may be extended, particularly during periods of high demand or depending on the volume of orders we receive. As each bag is carefully handmade, we do our very best to meet the estimated production times. However, we cannot guarantee an exact production or shipping date. We kindly ask you to consider the possibility of additional delays before placing your order. We are unable to accommodate rush orders or priority shipping requests, including for birthdays, holidays, travel plans, or any other scheduled events. Once your bag is completed, it will be shipped as soon as possible. Delivery times then depend on your destination country and the shipping carrier. The bags are primarily made of high-quality faux leather. For animal-print designs (such as the cow 🐄), the material used is polyester fabric that mimics cow leather. It is a soft, supple, pleasant-to-touch fabric carefully selected for its aesthetic appearance and quality.
Each INEDITO bag is entirely handcrafted using a traditional crochet technique that already requires several hours of work. We have chosen to prioritize the quality of artisanal work, the lightness of the bag, and its aesthetic rather than adding traditional leather goods elements such as a lining, pockets, or a rigid structure. This approach allows us to offer handmade creations at an accessible price while maintaining the unique identity of the brand.
Each bag is handcrafted from a unique fabric cut. The placement of patterns and certain details may therefore vary slightly from one piece to another. These characteristics reflect the artisanal work and guarantee the unique character of each creation.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a second email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped. **No progress updates or additional emails are sent during the production period.** The absence of communication during this time is completely normal and does not mean that your order is not being processed. All orders are processed in the order they are received. **Individual updates regarding production progress are not provided.**

Each INEDITO bag is handmade, exclusively made to order, and crafted just for you. For this reason, **returns are not accepted**, except where required by applicable law. Every piece is handcrafted using a unique crochet technique. Variations in texture, structure, and finishing are an integral part of the design and reflect the artisanal nature of our products. Return requests based on personal preferences regarding these characteristics are not eligible for a refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law. All confirmed orders are final and binding. INEDITO bags are made to order. Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply. By placing an order, you explicitly accept the production lead times indicated on the product sheet. For more information, we invite you to consult our policies.
For all international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may be applied by the customs authorities or shipping carrier in the destination country. These additional charges are entirely the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product prices or shipping fees paid at checkout. The amount of these charges varies depending on the destination country and its customs regulations. INEDITO has no control over whether these fees are applied or how much they may be. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that additional customs fees may be required upon delivery. If the customer refuses to pay the applicable customs charges, the package may be held, returned, or abandoned by the shipping carrier. Any additional costs resulting from this refusal may remain the customer’s responsibility. Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable by INEDITO.
