General Terms and Conditions of Sale – INEDITO

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on www.inedito.fr for all items offered for sale to individual non-business customers. Consequently, by ordering any product offered for sale on the INEDITO website, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which the Customer acknowledges having read prior to placing an order.

INEDITO reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. However, the General Terms and Conditions applicable to an order placed by a customer on www.inedito.fr are those accepted by the customer at the time the order is placed.

1. Entire Agreement

These General Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement and obligations between the parties. In this respect, the customer is deemed to accept, without reservation, all provisions set out in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

INEDITO, for its part, undertakes to fulfil its obligations as a seller in accordance with these terms.

2. Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by INEDITO, as well as the conditions relating to orders, payment, delivery and the handling of any returns.

3. Orders

Capacity to Enter into a Contract

All INEDITO customers declare that they have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under the conditions described below, meaning that they are either an emancipated minor or have reached the legal age of majority and are not under legal protection within the meaning of Article 488 of the French Civil Code.

INEDITO reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom a dispute exists, particularly a payment dispute.

Acceptance of the Terms by the Customer

These Terms and Conditions are available for consultation on www.inedito.fr and may be sent by email upon request.

Placing an order constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Placing an Order

Customers may place orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on www.inedito.fr.

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions displayed on the website.

Secure online payment constitutes proof of purchase and makes the order final.

Order Confirmation

A confirmation email is sent to the customer once the order has been validated.

The customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the information provided. In the event of an error, any reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

4. Product Information

Product Characteristics

The products offered on www.inedito.fr are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, differences in the perception of colors and textures may occur depending on the screen used and shall not incur INEDITO’s liability.

As the bags are handmade, they may feature slight variations, which contribute to their unique character.

5. Prices

Prices are stated in euros (€) and include the VAT applicable on the date of the order.

Prices include handling and packaging costs but exclude shipping fees, which are displayed before the order is confirmed.

Price Changes

INEDITO reserves the right to change its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.

6. Payment

Payment is made online by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or by any other secure payment method offered on the website.

Payment must be made in full at the time the order is placed. INEDITO guarantees the confidentiality and security of banking information transmitted through SSL encryption.

7. Shipping & Delivery

INEDITO undertakes to ship orders within the announced timeframes. However, these timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the handmade production workload, periods of high activity or circumstances beyond our control.

➡️ A delay caused by the carrier (La Poste, Mondial Relay, etc.) does not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation, as transit times are outside INEDITO’s control.

➡️ Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Shipping fees correspond to a service already provided and are therefore non-refundable.

Incorrect Address / Incorrect Collection Point / Uncollected Parcel

The customer is entirely responsible for the information provided when placing the order, including the delivery address, collection point and contact details.

In the event of:

• a parcel not being collected within the required timeframe
• an incorrect or incomplete address
• a collection point being full, resulting in the parcel being returned to the seller
• refusal of the parcel without a valid reason

➡️ Any reshipping costs will be entirely borne by the customer.

No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Production Times

Production times are clearly stated on each product page.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these timeframes.

👉 It is therefore not possible to cancel an order several days or weeks later on the grounds that it has not yet been shipped: production is started specifically for the customer.

8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

INEDITO bags are handmade creations produced to order and customized according to the brand’s own production process.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, products made to order are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

All orders are therefore firm and final.

Each item undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipment. The condition, finishing and conformity of the product are checked before dispatch.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having reviewed the photographs, descriptions, dimensions and characteristics of the product before purchasing.

No refund, return or exchange will be accepted for:

• a subjective opinion regarding the appearance of the product
• a difference in perception regarding its size, structure or texture
• a personal expectation not specified on the product page
• characteristics inherent to handmade production
• slight variations in shape, color or finish
• any feature visible in the product photographs prior to purchase

Only a major defect rendering the product unfit for its intended use may be reviewed, subject to clear and precise evidence being provided within 48 hours of receipt.

All requests are reviewed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale and based on the objective circumstances of the case.

No pressure, threats, abusive formal notices or repeated demands shall result in a refund where the product shipped conforms to the order and has no proven manufacturing defect.

INEDITO reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

9. Liability

INEDITO cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including strikes, disruptions or similar events.

INEDITO shall not be held liable for normal wear and tear or improper use of the product by the customer.

Our bags are designed for everyday use and can support a reasonable amount of weight. However, excessive overloading may affect their shape and durability. INEDITO shall not be held liable for damage resulting from improper use, including carrying excessively heavy items.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the www.inedito.fr website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of INEDITO.

Any reproduction, exploitation or distribution, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.

11. Personal Data

Information collected when orders are placed is used solely for processing those orders and will never be sold to third parties.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 (“Loi Informatique et Libertés”), customers have the right to access, modify and delete their personal data by contacting INEDITO at ineditofr@gmail.com.

12. Record Keeping & Evidence

Electronic records retained by INEDITO shall constitute evidence of communications, orders and payments made between the parties.

13. Dispute Resolution

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
