Shipping policy

1. Manufacturing lead times

All INEDITO bags are made to order and handcrafted by hand.

Due to this manufacturing process, the production time may take up to 40 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).


This timeframe corresponds to the time required for:

the bag’s manufacturing

order preparation

parcel dispatch


⚠️ The manufacturing time may reach 40 working days before dispatch.

These timeframes may, however, be extended in the event of:

high demand

a high order volume

constraints related to artisanal production


By confirming their order, the customer acknowledges having taken note of this timeframe and accepting it.

 

2. Made-to-order purchases


As INEDITO bags are made specifically for each customer, production begins immediately after payment is confirmed.


➡️ Orders are therefore firm and final.

➡️ No cancellation or modification of the order is possible once the order has been confirmed, even if the order has not yet been dispatched.

➡️ The fact that the order is still being manufactured does not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund.

 

3. Dispatch


Once manufacturing is complete, the order is shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Shipping times may vary depending on:

artisanal workload

periods of high activity

events beyond our control


4. Carrier-related delays


➡️ Transit times are handled by external carriers (La Poste, Mondial Relay, FedEx etc.).

INEDITO cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, as transit times are not the responsibility of INEDITO.


➡️ A delivery delay does not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund.

➡️ Shipping fees correspond to a service that has been carried out and are therefore never refundable.

 

5. Incorrect address / Uncollected parcel


The customer is responsible for the information provided when placing the order.


In the event of:

parcel not collected within the time limit

incorrect or incomplete address

pickup point at capacity and return to sender

parcel refused without valid reason


➡️ Return shipping costs will be entirely borne by the customer.


➡️ No refund may be issued in these situations.
