Refund policy
1. Made-to-order products
INEDITO bags are made to order, especially for each customer.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, products made to order are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
Therefore:
• orders are firm and final
• no refund or return will be accepted for a simple change of mind or a subjective assessment of the product
We invite our customers to carefully review the photos and descriptions before placing an order.
2. Exceptions – Defective product
A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:
• product received damaged
• major manufacturing defect
In this case, the customer must:
1. contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt
2. provide photos or videos of the issue
Without proof or after the deadline, the request cannot be accepted.
→ Manufacturing defects
A return or refund may be considered only in the event of a proven manufacturing defect.
A manufacturing defect corresponds exclusively to:
• structural deterioration of the product during the manufacturing process
• a product that is unusable due to a manufacturing error
• a missing component preventing normal use of the product
→ Elements that do NOT constitute a defect
The following elements are not considered defects:
• the size or opening of the bag, clearly shown in the photos and descriptions
• the thickness or flexibility of the yarn
• variations related to artisanal manufacturing
• slight differences from the visuals
• slight marks related to the manufacturing process that do not affect product use
• any subjective assessment regarding quality or appearance
These characteristics are part of the artisanal manufacturing process and do not constitute non-compliance.
3. Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is returned to the workshop because it was not collected:
• no refund will be issued
• reshipping costs will be borne by the customer
