🧶 How long does it take to make a bag?
Each piece is entirely handmade with care. The manufacturing time is approximately 20 to 30 working days .
This time may vary slightly depending on the number of orders, but I always strive to do it as quickly as possible, without compromising on quality.

You will only receive an email when your bag is shipped.
📦 What are the shipping times?
Once your bag is ready, shipping times are as follows:
Europe : up to 7 working days
International : between 6 and 14 working days

📧 I sent an email to get more information about my order but I didn't get a response, why?
I do my best to answer all your messages, but I am alone in managing everything and I prefer to dedicate my time to making your bags ✨
All useful information regarding your order is already indicated in the confirmation email (deadlines, details, tracking when the package is shipped).
If you haven't received a shipping email yet, it simply means that your bag is still being manufactured.
