All our bags are entirely handmade with care and attention to detail, individually crafted for each order.
Our current estimated production time is approximately 35 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

As each bag is carefully handmade, we do our very best to meet the estimated production times. However, we cannot guarantee an exact production or shipping date.
We kindly ask you to consider the possibility of additional delays before placing your order.
We are unable to accommodate rush orders or priority shipping requests, including for birthdays, holidays, travel plans, or any other scheduled events.
Once your bag is completed, it will be shipped as soon as possible. Delivery times then depend on your destination country and the shipping carrier.

For all international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may be applied by the customs authorities or shipping carrier in the destination country.
